MrJili Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the mrjili platform — including its website, mobile browser interface, games, promotions, and cashier — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use mrjili.

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and mrjili. Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) that must be met through qualifying gameplay before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. The wagering requirement and qualifying games for each bonus are clearly stated in the promotion details.

Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only. MrJili reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system — for example, by creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing hedged bets to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, or using any other form of bonus manipulation.

MrJili may withdraw, amend, or expire any active bonus or promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before its stated end date, mrjili will honour any legitimate in-progress wagering already credited under that promotion. Players will not receive cash compensation for the withdrawal of any promotional offer.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specific game(s) stated in the offer, for the duration stated. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to the stated wagering requirement. Expired free spins are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

MrJili uses fraud detection systems that monitor for irregular betting patterns, unusual account activity, and other indicators of prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is initiated, the account may be suspended and withdrawals placed on hold while the investigation is ongoing. MrJili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

Where no breach is found, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus balances and associated winnings derived from bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure for a breach.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting mrjili support via live chat. A voluntary closure request will be actioned within one business day. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mrjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

MrJili's total liability to any player in connection with any claim relating to use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim, excluding any bonus funds.

Nothing in these Terms limits mrjili's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by mrjili's own negligence or wilful misconduct.
